Briefing

The Annual Convention of CaixaBank Executives is one of the entity’s largest in-house events in terms of number of attendees, 2,400 people in 2018, and due to the scope of the project.

It is the only time in the year when the vast majority of CaixaBank’s national senior staff and executives get together in the same place, the CCIB in Barcelona. These sessions are used to sum up the results obtained over the previous financial year and, above all, to outline new goals for the coming year. In addition, they help to strengthen brand values: quality, trust and social commitment.

In addition to strengthening these values, this get-together aims to emphasise the many awards obtained by the entity year after year, as the best technological bank in the world.

Consequently, the proposal should place the audience in this scenario very quickly. We have picked out a very technological, modern, innovative event with a high visual impact.

Scenography

Scenography

The main stage for the Executive Convention is the CCIB auditorium in Barcelona.

The stage comprises superimposed images and textures that change over the different points of the event. The overall effect is formed by large-format aluminium frames with different heights and depths, upholstered with semi-transparent, latest-generation fabrics on which videos and attractive images will be projected.

Each and every phase of the event has its own graphic personality within the same space. Each one is defined with a colour, supported with highly technological images and graphic resources, even with different presentation formats.

A totally dynamic, innovative composition, where the main aim is to surprise the audience visually. The perfect combination between on-stage minimalism and complex audiovisual production. Guaranteed success!

We should highlight the visual impact of the central stage and the graphic resources that are used, like a made-to-measure suit, for the rest of the event spaces. In short, an original, innovative and high-impact design and a very powerful visual production.

Design

Design

The design works from a central stage, from which the decorative ideas for the remaining spaces will be developed. In addition, this central idea is used for the design on many other elements of the event, such as the stationery.

In this project, we manage to transfer the “technology” concept to the overall graphic image of the event, both on the main stage and in the remaining spaces, using the glitch graphic resource to process the event images and contents.

The graphic composition comprises groups of photos combined with ultra-modern shots. In addition, to give the composition intensity and character, flashes of light will be superimposed over alphanumerical elements.

The colour range used at the event will be dominated by blue tones, already associated with the bank, and adding to this concept of technology that we wish to bring out.

Production

Production

A project with these features requires a solid work structure for over six months to bring to life all the aforementioned points.

From our Production Department, we coordinate with the venue and all the suppliers and services involved, in addition to preparing the plans and construction details required to build it.

The whole event development is programmed beforehand with our event management and coordination team. In addition, we take charge of attendee accreditation, supervise the hostess service and the catering service, the sittings and the floor management.
